Founded in 1994, ANC is a sailing vessel Ship-owners Association, dedicated to the recreational and competition cruiser sailing. It is a non-profitable institution, governmental classified as of public interest, aimed to defend the interests of its Members in the practice of sailing in its various forms: Recreational, Cruising and Competition.
