Here at Uplifting Wave , our mission is simple: we want to support those who give their best every day, often without recognition. People who work from dawn to dusk, seniors who live alone, communities struggling to be heard. We know the world can be a difficult place, but we believe that small acts of kindness have immense power to change lives.

We create content that does more than just tell stories. We want to touch the hearts of those who watch us, spark empathy and inspire concrete action. It’s not enough to feel, we need to act. About the author

My name is Ricardo Jorge Barros da Glória , I was born and raised in a social housing estate, where I learned from an early age that nothing comes for free – and that every achievement tastes even better when it is earned with effort. I always knew that my future depended on the choices I made. I chose to study, I graduated and today I use my voice to make an impact.

I am a content creator because I believe that telling stories, with a touch of humor and a lot of reality, can inspire and change mentalities.
I have been lucky enough to travel to Mexico, but it was Auschwitz that had the biggest impact on me – an experience that made me see history and humanity in a different way.

In addition to creating content, I'm addicted to basketball, I spend hours watching movies and series, I play video games without shame and I believe that helping others shouldn't be the exception, but the rule.

My goal? To make noise where it matters.

Budget and due dates

1. Content Production:
   ◦ Video equipment, editing software and recording costs.
   ◦ Initial Investment: €3,000–€4,000.

2. Marketing and Promotion:
   ◦ Social media ads, email campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
   ◦ Monthly Budget: €500–€1,000.

3. Travel and Logistics:
   ◦ Transportation and accommodation for recordings in different locations.
   ◦ Annual Budget: €1,000–€2,000.
   
   To improve the quality of our content production, we need investment to buy essential equipment that we still lack, such as microphones, adequate lighting and a studio space. We currently have an estimated initial budget of between €3,000 and €4,000 to cover video costs, editing and recording software. This will be implemented immediately.
   
   Investment is also needed to expand our reach through marketing and strategic collaborations. A monthly budget of between €500 and €1,000 will allow us to drive advertising campaigns, social media ads and influencer partnerships, ensuring our content reaches the right audience. This will be implemented once the first part is finalized.
