Our goal is to raise €17,000 to make this dream come true. With this amount, we will be able to rent a stunning space, bring in talented artists, create a unique experience for participants and promote the message of sustainable fashion throughout the Algarve.

I'm Cristina Guerreiro, resident in the Algarve for 23 years and when asked where I'm from, I say I'm from Faro. Despite being born in Évora and living in the Alentejo, I feel that I am at home here.
Lover of all forms of art from an early age, I found this upcycling project to be my safe place, where, in a creative way, I make my small contribution to reducing textile waste.

konceito.r was born from the desire to make a difference. Over the years, we've built a solid reputation as a second-hand clothing store, offering unique and stylish pieces for those who value fashion with an environmental conscience.

In addition, we count on the sale of tickets to the Algarve Upcycle Fashion Showcase as an important source of revenue. We believe that the participation of an engaged and passionate audience will be critical to the success of the event, and we are committed to providing a unique and memorable experience for all in attendance.
We are also looking for support and partnerships with companies and organizations that share our values and vision in relation to sustainable fashion. - Detailed event planning, including goal setting, budget and marketing strategy.
- Preparation of outreach strategy, including engagement of social media and community contacts.
- Finalization of agreements with sponsors and partners.
- Beginning of the detailed organization of the event, including defining the program, selecting artists and designers, and planning logistics.
- Start of pre-disclosure of the event, creating expectation and interest.
- Defining the venue for the event and booking the space.
- Hiring suppliers, such as sound, lighting and stage assembly services.
- Continuation of planning the program and activities of the event.
April and May 2024:
- Intensification of the promotion of the event, sharing updates and details about the program on social networks and other dissemination channels.
- Start of advance ticket sales.
June and July 2024:
- Last months of intensive promotion of the event, focusing on the final stretch to attract the public and ensure the presence of those interested.
- Preparation of final promotional materials and confirmation of schedule details.
August 2024:
- Event week: final preparation, rehearsals and setting up the space.
- Algarve Upcycle Fashion Showcase, with fashion shows, exhibitions, concerts and other activities.
- Thanks to supporters and participants after the event.
