The association SOS AUTISMO intends to create a study on autistic youngsters and adults to create rules and platforms of action where they can expose their requests for clinic, therapeutic and burocratic help, offering continues training for your employees, teachers and health professionals of this service.
With this support we aim to demystify and explain to parents, health professionals, teachers and school assistants how to help autistic children, youngsters and adults how to solve the daily eventuality from this disease, focusing on a single unit all the information at national level, advising which are the therapeutic centers in the areas where they reside, which groups with technicians available during the school period, which CAO ' s with extracurricular activities with technicians of psychomotricity, speech therapy and special education teachers, what kind of school and/or professional training may apply for and where. This intervention will be one of the stages of the strategy of this Association thus contributing to improving the quality of life of children, young people and adults with autism and making them autonomous and with the possibility of using the social response according to the disease.
The requests for information will be analyzed by professionals in the areas of Psychomotricity, speech therapy, social workers, children and youth Psychology, physical therapists, special education teachers with extensive experience, nurses and doctors and the answers will be given by phone and by email.
The nationwide study will have the following teams:
Technical team
Child and youthful psychologist, with a background in development and disturbance of the relationship; phsycotherapist, speech and language therapist; special education teacher (motricity), psyco-motricity, nurses, bookkeeper, accountant.
This emergency line will create a database that does not exist, of how many people have this disease, where they are located, what kind of welp and resources they need to bo autonomous in the future.
