2. Construction of the Structure (Warehouse, Kitchen, Support and Logistics Areas)
- Estimated cost : €250,000
- Description : Construction of modular infrastructure, including:
- Community kitchen (equipped for 24-hour operation with industrial stoves, ovens, refrigerators, work tables, kitchen utensils and ventilation systems).
- Food warehouse (for storing dry, fresh and frozen foods, as well as space for distribution logistics).
- Support areas (administrative rooms, staff changing rooms, bathrooms, and other essential facilities).
- Factors : The infrastructure will be designed in a modular fashion, allowing for rapid and lower-cost construction, but with the flexibility to expand as needed.
3. Initial Supply of Food and Ingredients
