Help me make my dream of going to University come true

Hello everyone, I’m Raquel, I’m 18 years old and I live in Oeiras. In September, I intend to start my studies at the University of Aveiro, a dream I have had for a long time.

Going to university is one of my biggest goals. Since I decided I wanted to follow this path, I promised myself that I would do everything to achieve it. I've always believed that we should fight for our dreams and not wait for opportunities to simply appear.

To help finance my studies, I started selling gum. Even though it's not a great source of income, every little amount I get helps a little more to make this dream come true.

However, the costs associated with university are significant. Between tuition fees, accommodation, food, transport, etc., the total cost is quite high. So I'm asking for your help to try to raise 3000 euros, they don't cover everything but I think they're a good help for the beginning.

If you can help, any contribution will be very important to me and will make a big difference. I consider education to be fundamental, and your help will bring me even closer to this goal.

Budget and due dates

Since I live in Oeiras and want to go to the University of Aveiro, there will be several costs. Between tuition fees, accommodation, food, transport, etc., the total cost is quite high. Therefore, I am asking for your help to try to raise 3000 euros. This amount does not cover all expenses, but I consider it to be good help for the beginning.

Estimate of university expenses:

(3 years of degree)

Tuition fees: €697 per year

Accommodation: €250/€300 per month (if you cannot stay in the student residence)

Food: €100/€150 per month

Transport: +- €30 per month

Other Expenses: €50 euros per month
