Two young athletes fighting for the opportunity literally go fight for Portugal in the World Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Championship, to be held between 4 and 11 July in Las Vegas.

The opportunity is deserved, because both won their categories in the National Championship, and were selected for the team of Portugal, and also because they train hard daily for their dream.

And it's also a giant opportunity, because the Championship will take place during the UFC Fan Expo in Las Vegas, the most important city in the history of this sport, with thousands of eyes placed on them.

The costs are many and the support or sponsors are next to none. With the support of friends, family, team and coaches, and actions like fundraising activities, we have almost the full amount, but we 2000 euros short, the amount we are asking for, now, on this campaign.

It is also important to get the message to our athletes that although the country officially does not help them, people from around the world will help, just because they feel supportive towords hard working amateur athletes. Perhaps we are inspiring more young kids to take a road of discipline and training, and healthy life, with this example...

Budget and due dates

Each trip has a cost of 1,000 euros. Each entry / accommodation in the event costs 800 euros.

Each athlete will have therefore to afford a value of around 1800 euros.

With the amounts already raised , we are missing about 2000 euros.

Eu percebo, estas coisas só se fazem com muito suor e sangue e esforço, e seria uma pena estes jovens ficarem cá, em vez de elevarem o nome de Portugal
