The Banco de Fraldas is a unique project in Portugal, designed essentially to provide access to incontinence absorption materials for people/families in economic need.
The Banco de Fraldas is a unique project in Portugal, designed essentially to provide access to incontinence absorption materials for people/families in economic need.
It consists of a logic of social emergency supplementation, which helps to balance the family budget, protects the health of those who use diapers daily, without generating dependence on support, since we donate diapers equivalent to the estimated average use of one week.
The diapers are donated to families, through social and health institutions that support them, with the creation of partnerships.
Families' purchasing power is increasingly reduced, which is reflected in the acquisition of absorbent materials - diapers - an essential, expensive good with little state support.
To continue our work of doing what is needed, we need you.
Support the Banco de Fraldas and our families!
