Cleaning of Green and Common Spaces in Palmela Village - ZONA 1
The campaign aims to raise €540, which is deducted (€49.82 which corresponds to the commission for the ppl.pt platform) to cover the cleaning budget, which is €477 including VAT. 6% included.
Marcos País is responsible for the budget for all budgeted areas.
If the required amount is not reached, the amount will be returned to the respective donors, so use the platform, where transparency exists and will be demonstrated/presented.
PS: The budget value indicated was obtained by Nuno Valente and shared in the various social groups and refers to the cleaning of Zone 1.

My name is Nuno Valente, I have lived in Palmela Village since 2014, and owner since 2018x
I do not currently represent any body or association, whether directly or indirectly, I am just a concerned owner and activist when necessary.
I have always appealed to the truth, to the union and participation of all when necessary, even considering that only in unity can problems be resolved and obstacles overcome when they arise.
I was a member of AMAT (for a very short time) and a founding member and President of the APPV Association, at the moment I am no longer a member of one or the other.
For me, focus, perseverance and participation are the principle of better coexistence and results for everyone.
I believe that this campaign can be a good example, in which nothing is impossible when people come together in favor of well-being and improvement of what is common to them.
However, it will not be a definitive solution, but only sporadic until other steps and solutions present themselves for the management of space, whether privately or publicly.
The time has come to decide how to value our heritage, turn the page and improve everyone's space, with a more promising future, where step by step, everyone will feel proud of the work they developed and actions they took, when they were called upon to do part of decisions and solutions.
Our enterprise needs more than ever that we all participate in its improvement, and in this way we will certainly reach a better scenario, where we can be happier in the space we occupy and invest in.
Budget and due dates
The budget given for zone 1 includes the streets Amadeu de Souza Cardoso, Dórdio Gomes, Jorge Vieira, António da Costa and Rafael Bordalo Pinheiro.
These are the streets that appear on the right when you enter Palmela Village, where there are around 177 houses, and also the areas next to the houses that face Avenida Eça de Queiroz.
As for the calendar, the aim is to collect funds in 7 days, to get the work underway as quickly as possible.
