Quinta Natura: Regenerate, Cultivate, Inspire

Quinta Natura is a personal and family dream. It was born from the earth and from the heart — mine and my children’s — with the purpose of living in a simpler, more conscious way and in deep connection with nature.

I'm Sofia Martins , a business trainer and mentor with a soul, passionate about nature and sustainable living. I believe that taking care of the earth is taking care of the future, and that's what I want to do on this farm — a space where we grow organic food, respect the planet, and spend quality time with family.

This project is not just any business. It is a family adventure , a journey we have taken together, with our hands in the dirt and our feet firmly planted on our values. My children are part of this dream: they learn, help, get dirty and grow with the beauty of seeing something come from nothing.

With this campaign, we want to take the first steps:

• Build a small support house on the land

• Setting up the agroecological nursery

• Acquire tools and seeds

• Start producing healthy and regenerative foods

About the author

My name is Sofia Martins and I am a business trainer and mentor with a soul, specializing in communication and sustainable development. But above all, I am a mother. Quinta Natura was born from this place where dreams meet the values I want to live — and share with my children.

This is not just a farming project. It is the soil where I want to teach them that life can be simpler, more honest and more connected to the land. I want them to know where their food comes from, the value of working with their hands, respect for nature and the importance of living with intention.

I grew up with roots in the land and today I return to them, to create a space where more than just vegetables are grown: relationships, ecological awareness and a new possible future are cultivated. Quinta Natura is a family adventure — of learning, of love for the land, of inner and outer regeneration.

I believe the world needs more projects like this: small, but with soul. It is with humility, courage and a deep sense of responsibility that I take this first step — and I invite you to walk with us.

Budget and due dates

💰 Detailed Budget – Total: €3,500

🗓️ Calendar (August – October 2025)

• August: Start of construction of the support house with local and recycled materials

• September: Assembly of the nursery and installation of composters

• October: Purchase tools, start seedlings, send rewards

🗓️Additional notes:

• The project will be carried out using local resources and reusing materials whenever possible , which allows costs to be controlled without compromising sustainability.

• Dates may adjust slightly depending on weather conditions or labor availability, but the overall plan will be completed in the second half of 2025.
