Vizinhos is a project aimed at all people with mobility and mobility difficulties, which aims to prevent domestic accidents, particularly falls.
From this, Casa Sénior emerged - a website where you can benefit from updated information, simple answers to common problems and explanatory videos.
The objective is to increase access for the needy population to resources and technical aid to prevent domestic accidents.
A domestic accident worsens the quality of life of those who suffer it. We believe that access to appropriate materials and technical aids minimizes the risk of domestic accidents that impact the lives of people with functional disabilities. There are periods in life when people become temporarily disabled, so they must have access to the necessary resources to optimize their safety at home.
The project revolves around three main axes: referral , evaluation and intervention .
Every month we receive referrals from people who need adaptations (through technical aids) to their homes to prevent domestic accidents, which is why our stock is currently quite low.
