Help us publish a memoir of seniors, celebrating achievements, lessons, and the value of generations. This project preserves unique stories and connects generations. Help transform these memories into a lasting legacy!
Help us transform life stories into an inspiring legacy. With your support, we'll publish a memoir by seniors that celebrates achievements, lessons, and the richness of generations.
Imagine a book that brings together the voices of a generation that lived, fought, and overcame countless challenges, offering lessons that can inspire future generations. This is the purpose of our campaign: to publish a memoir of seniors, preserving their life stories, lessons of overcoming adversity, and the value of generational differences.
We are creating a unique project, where each page will be a journey through time, a window into identities constructed over decades, and a reflection on what it means to be human. In addition to preserving these memories, the book will provide a space for these voices to be heard and valued by society. This is not just a literary project; it is a bridge between generations.
This project aims not only to highlight the importance of memories in building personal identity, but also to reinforce the vital role that older adults play in our lives. By sharing their stories, they strengthen their self-esteem and leave a legacy of wisdom and resilience.
To make this project come to life, we need your help. Publishing a book involves editing, printing, and distribution costs, and every euro we receive is a step closer to transforming these stories into a volume that will be in the hands of many. We're raising funds to bring this project to life, sharing these valuable experiences with everyone.
Now, more than ever, we invite you to be a part of this initiative. By supporting this campaign, you'll be helping to give a voice to those who have so much to teach and ensuring that these memories endure for much longer. Help us build this legacy. Support and share this project so that, together, we can celebrate the history and identity of an entire generation.
Contribute to this project and help us make these stories everlasting. Your donation will make all the difference!

Budget and due dates
To ensure complete transparency for this campaign, we've detailed the costs involved in producing and publishing the seniors' memoir. Every contribution will be crucial to ensuring this project's success, preserving and sharing these treasured life stories. The total budget reflects the following:
- ISBN acquisition and licensing - €150
The ISBN (International Standard Book Number) is a unique identifier for publications, essential for registering and distributing a book on the market. This cost includes obtaining a license, officially registering the book, and securing copyright protection. This process is crucial to ensuring that the book is published and distributed legally and in an organized manner.
- Text review and editing – €50
To ensure the stories are presented with maximum clarity and impact, the content will need to be proofread and edited. A professional will review the book to correct grammatical errors, improve the flow of the text, and ensure that the tone and narrative are coherent, without losing the essence of the shared memories.
- Graphic design and layout – €30
Graphic design is crucial to making a book visually appealing and professional. This cost includes page layout, creating a cover that captures the essence of the project, and preparing the book for printing.
- Initial printing – €568.50
We plan to print an initial run of 50 copies of the book to distribute to supporters, the families of the seniors involved, and community libraries and schools, promoting intergenerational dialogue.
Estimated total: €798.50
Schedule:
- ISBN Acquisition and Licensing – January 2025
Once we secure the necessary funding, we'll begin the process of licensing and registering the book. This process should take approximately 2-3 weeks.
- Text review and editing – February to March 2025
After licensing, the book will be sent for review and editing. We expect this process to take approximately two months, given the complexity and number of stories to be included.
- Graphic Design and Layout – April 2025
With the content finalized, the design team will have about a month to develop the cover and layout the book, ready for printing.
- Printing and distribution – May 2025
The book should be printed in about three weeks, after which we will begin distributing copies.
With this timeline, our goal is to have the book available and ready for distribution by the summer of 2025. Every contribution brings us closer to making this dream a reality and bringing these stories to the public.
