This year we are ready to take our talent to the 17th Festival del Sole, in the stunning city of Riccione in Italy.

About the author
Paula Cunha - Graduated in Physical Education and with the Grade II Coaches course in Gymnastics for All from the Portuguese Gymnastics Federation, she is a teacher at a primary school and has been in charge of the Group Gymnastics group for 30 years. of Mangualde Schools.
It started with just a group of 20 students, but since 2012 it has maintained 4 working groups: the representative class, and 3 initiation groups (from primary to secondary), operating in recent years with around 100 gymnasts/year.
Throughout this time, gymnasts participated in competitive School Sports in the disciplines of Group Gymnastics, Acrobatic Gymnastics and Artistic Gymnastics and there were several representations at District, Regional and National level, as well as participation in soirées and meetings.
In 2009, the Mangualde School Group participated in the federated Gymnastics for All (GPT) competitions, establishing itself as a club. Thus, at the level of the Gymnastics Federation of Portugal, the representative class participated, eight times in the Gym For Life event, seven times in the Portugal Gym event, and five times in the Eurogym event: in Coimbra - as part of the opening ceremony -, in Sweden, the Czech Republic, Belgium and Switzerland.
In the last 20 years at District, Regional and National level, the Gymnastics Class of the Mangualde School Group has reached the podium in the Group Gymnastics, Acrobatic Gymnastics and Artistic Gymnastics competitions. In the Federated Gym For Life Regional and Gym For Life National competitions he obtained several mentions.
Budget and due dates
The main objective of this project is to contribute to transport financing.
