Provide visibility, awareness, awareness and engagement on the topic of vulnerable groups experiencing homelessness, considering information and other knowledge, such as specificities (LGBTQIAP+, migrants, refugees, women, drug users, mentally ill, stigma) , which are not fully covered in existing government responses facing network failures and decentralization/lack of database.
WHY
The aim is to implement a complementary service aimed at congruence, connection of data and information about the homeless population, for the development of sensitization, awareness and engagement activities that encourage, given the latent need to execute services with Increasing focus on specialization and integration for homeless people. The relevance of the project is justified by the innovation of the proposal, given the aim of providing the connection of information with specific methodologies that add essential content to the answers for this population. There are few strategies that cohesively portray data that address the specific issues of the homeless population, which reflects in ineffective and/or incomplete executions by the actors involved in the service network. The problem is often represented in Portugal by the generalization of the phenomenon, which is also evident in the implementation of public policies. Therefore, considering the characteristics that make them super vulnerable in the agenda of this population is a relevant precaution in the fight for efficient public policies and for changing the paradigm of services.

VISIBILITY - Lisboa Invisível originated from the idea of a team that has been working with PSSA for a few years and that has always made listening to this audience's narratives their professional purpose.
PARTICIPATION - The participation and representation of this population is prioritized to ensure that the rights of the PSSA are guaranteed.
MOBILIZATION - The Lx Invisível team mobilizes public opinion, civic involvement and collective power to deal with the issue of housing as a common ideal.
