This book was born out of a mother's desire to show her daughter how special it is to be a woman and to teach her that, although it is often difficult to be a woman.
There are countless women who had and still have great weight in national and international history.
It intends to be a playful coloring book, which will delight children and adults alike. Children can learn in a fun way. The coloring exercise has therapeutic characteristics, as it causes a feeling of well-being, pleasure and stress relief. Allied to a pedagogical component, it can translate into an exercise of subliminal intervention with regard to the acquisition of knowledge.
This is a book about women made only by women, all from Viseu, with lots of love and dedication. A project that grows designed by women, all with different personalities, backgrounds, convictions, in common they even have the facts of being born or having a family connection that makes them reside in the city of Viseu and that they are all fighters for the affirmation of women's rights and for an egalitarian society.
In this book, 50 women were selected and portrayed from the point of view of the guest illustrator . It is organized in alphabetical order. And accompanying each illustration is a brief text about the woman. A 128-page book, with original illustrations, loaded with imagination to work with concepts such as freedom and equality.
And because this is a book to be “worked on” with the family , in addition to the illustrations and texts about the characters, it also includes extra activities through QR CODE , to increase quality time with the family and encourage the practice of activities together. of kids and adults.
