Forest Groove is a summercamp that unites culture, sustainability and rural life. Children and teenagers can find new experiences here and will have the opportunity to emerge in nature to be inspired by their artistic creations.

Located in the center of Portugal, it was created with the aim of promoting culture and musical habits among the youngest. Also wanting to bet on the interior, the project interconnects nature with art. Participants will be able to be inspired by the surrounding environment to create their own artistic projects.

Seeking to support music education, Forest Groove offers cultural, social and exchange activities with other artists to young people and children from all over the country.

In the center of the country, in the middle of the National Route 2 and bathed by the River Zêzere, Forest Groove is located in the parish of São João do Peso, municipality of Vila de Rei. In addition to the surrounding nature, the location offers numerous outdoor activities such as: water sports at the Castelo de Bode Dam, walking routes and all the festive and cultural activities that take place during the summer.

The environment around us is always an influential landmark for the personality of each one of us. As Forest Groove grew up listening to the birds among the mountains in the interior of Portugal, the environmental and sustainable factors, music and culture are always deeply rooted. Here, there is a green and artistic union developed with activities, games, spaces for musical expression and the opportunity for those who pass through the colony to grow with new horizons.

The holiday camp lasts 4 weeks, ending with the first weekend in August. This time will be divided into 2 so that the first two weeks are dedicated to children between 10 and 13 years old and the last two weeks are for young people from 14 to 17 years old. During our journey, we propose to carry out: music classes and workshops, sustainability workshops, environmental and cultural awareness, encouraging creativity, exchange of culture and gender, competitions, band formations, participation in the regional party.
