We need help to save Flash there are 84 vaccines that will have to be purchased outside Portugal to save it from a tragic and horrible end.

Flash, our 1-year-old gray kitten, unfortunately, was not free from feline FIP, a viral disease that is cured with just a minimum of 84 injections for which there is no remedy in Portugal. A silent disease that gradually fills the body with liquid until the organs compress and it dies. The treatment is similar to that of Covid 19 (Remdesivir) Its commercialization in Portugal is not authorized. Fortunately we know where to order the medication, we just don't have the money. But we won't, we refuse to let the flash die such a horrible death. According to the doctor who where she was diagnosed already has liquid in her abdomen but it is still in the initial phase, which gives her many chances of cure if she starts the treatment quickly, without it she only has weeks to live until the liquid fills all the organs and she dies .... Help us even if it's just with a coin, it makes all the difference, we're on our knees without knowing what else to do.

Budget and due dates

Cost estimates: Each vial of vaccine costs €62+3.95€ for shipping. 1 vial is equivalent to 5 days of initial treatment at this stage due to the kitten's weight, as the mg/injection measurements increase as it progresses. Although it is a medicine not approved in Portugal, the veterinarian has to monitor the evolution by carrying out tests from time to time, each consultation we are charged is 40€ in a suitable veterinary hospital for the purpose, plus additional tests that are required.
