We are celebrating the culmination of another year of great effort and dedication from our talented dancers and this year, however, brings a special achievement that goes beyond this celebration. Some of our brilliant dancers participated in All Dance Portugal and, with great pride, achieved a place on the podium, qualifying for ALL DANCE WORLD to be held in Orlando, USA.

It is a source of pride for the school and of course for each of these dancers who achieve after achievement and see their merit recognized in a world show where the experience will undoubtedly be a growth and strengthening of their knowledge in the world of dance. However, this recognition brings with it a challenge: the need for a significant financial effort on the part of parents and the school to turn this dream into reality. Everything is there: the will; the desire; ambition; the work; the effort; …it's the dream!

And that's why we're here, in favor of these dancers and the Flávia Portes Dance School to go beyond borders to conquer ALL DANCE WORLD, asking for your contribution, as all your help is essential to make this dream come true.

Participation in ALL DANCE WORLD Orlando is not just an achievement for the Flávia Portes Dance School, but for the entire community. We take the talent and image of our city and our country to an international stage.

About the author

The Flávia Portes Dance School was founded in 2013 and offers a wide variety of modalities, including classical ballet, contemporary dance, modern jazz, floor barre, hip hop, urban dances, dance yoga, pilates dance and theater. The school's mission is to inspire and enable students to explore their artistic potential, promoting technical evolution and creative expression.

The school director, Flávia Portes, expresses her gratitude to all the students, teachers, parents and family members who were part of this decade-long journey. She emphasizes the importance of providing a welcoming and inspiring environment where students can explore their abilities and creativity.

Budget and due dates

To be able to fulfill this dream, of taking 18 minor dancers and three adults to Orlando in the USA, around €40,000 will be needed.

In this crowdfunding campaign we hope to raise at least €10,000 so that, together with other actions, namely merchandising sales, participation in local fairs and festivals, as well as holding a festival for the community, we can reach a successful conclusion.
