DançAlfragide towards the European

Let's elevate Portugal through Dance, showing one of the most beautiful aspects of our culture. After a lot of dedication and love for the art, we were selected for the All Dance Europa contest, in Tarragona. Help us make these dancer's dreams come true!

DançAlfragide performed in the All Dance Portugal competition and was one of the 120 Portuguese academies in the competition, where it took 16 students out of a total of 2600 participating dancers. From the 1500 choreographies that were seen during five days, our students qualified for the European final in Tarragona, Spain.

Representing Portugal through Dance is not only about showing one of the most beautiful aspects of our culture, but also an act of resilience in the face of the almost non-existence of support.

We have the dream of being able to be present at the European to represent Portugal, but due to the enormous costs involved, we need support to make it happen.

Our trip has an estimated cost of 20,000 euros.

About the author

DançAlfragide was born in September 2017 with the aim of promoting and disseminating culture, as well as the practice of cultural activities. Our school presents different modalities, giving the possibility to “small and adults” to express their art, also showing that social inclusion is something as important and natural as the practice of dance itself. Our teachers are renowned dancers and choreographers who have extensive experience. In addition to playful teaching, we present classes in competition that have already won several prizes. Our classes are held in an energetic, positive and welcoming environment. We love to dance and we want to share our passion with all of our students.

All Dance Europa will take place from the 3rd to the 6th of August in Tarragona, Spain
