The CJPII is a residential home for the disabled, with 27 years of experience. In recent years, it was remodeled some residences. It is in this context, and to provide better conditions to its users, it reformulated the module 103.
"God wants, man dreams and the work is born" - Fernando Pessoa
Being the CJPII a structure created in 1989, and obvious temporal reasons, all our building needs a refurbishment, so in a way, the comfort of the user is ensured, as it has been to date.
With about 192 users spread over 16 homes in four floors, the CJPII offers its residents services such as residential, rehabilitation, Animation/Occupation, Health, Social Work, Psychology, among others ...
At about 2 years we start this little transformation and reshaped to 3 residences (being the 4th in progress) as well as thermally isolated and provided greater heating the entire building. Note that these changes concern and provide greater accuracy of functionality rules.
However, with the advance of time, costs and other situations that have arisen, contributed to the slowdown of this transformation and improved conditions of users.
Anyway, it is in these residences we really need to provide better conditions to residents ...
Thus, continuing the work that has been developing to the direction and technical efforts, and the support of several benefactors, we propose the rehabilitation module 103, which holds about 12 residents.
Assuming the design in two phases: in this first intended to reshape the spaces and subsequently; in a 2nd stage, decorate the residential environment.
However, this will be an action duly accompanied by specialized CJPII professionals , as well as external to the module responsible transformation.
