There are Artists in Lopes Street. They have gathered at Espaço Casa Cheia and need your help to make it a place for everyone, full of art.

Há Artistas na Rua Lopes, as the portuguese traditional pavement floor at the entrance of Espaço Casa Cheia says! There are artists, but this space is also for the community. We found a place where we can develop a socio-cultural project. 

We want to create a new space where artists can develop their work in the areas of Theatre, Dance, Music, Literature, Cinema, Plastic Arts and Photography! A cultural space for artistic residencies, creation of shows, performances, concerts, workshops, courses, exhibitions! Espaço Casa Cheia is the materialization of a dream.

From September 2022 we will open the space to the public: help us fill our House! A house that will also be yours.

Espaço Casa Cheia is born from everyone, thinking of EVERYONE! We need your help to get through the first months of the space's life! We need your support to open the doors of this House that is also yours!

About the author

Espaço Casa Cheia is promoted by Associação Cultural Casa Cheia created in 2005 with the aim of exploring contemporary parallelism with classical texts. In 2022, a new cycle begins through the artistic collaboration between Miguel Mateus and Luísa Fidalgo that gave birth to the show “O Banquete”. The association, which already has several artistic creations in the Theater area, joined a group of musicians to create the Espaço Casa Cheia project!

Espaço Casa Cheia is a socio-cultural project with a strong artistic component. It will bring new life to Bairro Lopes, in Alto de São João, and will allow not only the expansion of artistic and social ideas, but also the creation of new languages.
