The Be Kind 2 You Project is a solidarity initiative founded by 3 atypical mothers, mothers of children with multiple disabilities, which empowers other caregivers, like them, promoting physical, social and emotional self-care, enabling them to be agents of change in society by doing active part of this process!
We want a more inclusive society and inclusion starts in the Family! This is our purpose, the Family, the grieving process of the idealized child, the emotional recovery of the caregivers, the reception and the tools to be reborn. The Project provides caregivers with various Self-Care services with the help of volunteers in Events, Sharing Groups, Workshops and Health Promotion with competent entities.
We support more than 50 families and we have a community of volunteers that now numbers 75 people. The Project started in May 2023 and in 4 months we had unexpected results.
Our 1st Event in June 2023 clearly showed us the way. But we want to go further, reach more families, more Events, more proximity, more hospitality and we want to expand outside of Greater Lisbon. As such, we need everyone's help for the next Solidarity Events, for the logistics, structure and all costs inherent to the Events! We want to give gifts to our volunteers and our families!

Be Kind 2 You is more than a project. It is a community dedicated to supporting atypical families who face unique challenges when caring for their children with disabilities or chronic illnesses. In addition to understanding the extraordinary efforts that these caregivers make to ensure the well-being of their children, we recognize their daily love and dedication and therefore we want to reciprocate, promoting their physical, emotional, social and spiritual well-being.
The project has several areas of activity: beauty; homecare, physical health; mental Health, work help, coaching, exclusive events, workshops and practical sessions where caregivers learn techniques and strategies to deal with stress and anxiety, promoting physical, emotional, social and spiritual self-care.
Since the beginning of the Be Kind 2 You Project, with the 1st event in June this year, we have already managed to positively impact around 50 atypical families with the dedicated support of more than 75 volunteers, including therapists, health professionals and health professionals. aesthetics. But we want to reach many more families!

We aim to reach €10,000 so we can support and value these incredible volunteers and families. By donating, you are showing your support not only for this project, but also for all the mothers and atypical caregivers who strive every day as well as covering travel costs and service providers when holding the events. Campaign budget:
€6500 - Offer of Be Kind 2 You Project checks to 50 families to benefit from services of their choice in the areas of Beauty, Mental Health, Physical Health, Workshop Help at an average value of €130/Family. The services have social values registered with the Be Kind 2 You Project.
€1500 - travel costs and equipment costs for the 2023 Christmas Event for all families and volunteers of the Be Kind 2 You Project
€1000 - social media costs to expand the Be Kind 2 You Project to a digital level, namely creating an interactive website.

The excess amount raised will always be donated to families in workshops, retreats, housing adaptations, cars for adaptation and other needs inherent to these families.
