The Cat Tree is a refuge where 30 kittens find food, care, and love thanks to volunteers who never give up. Now, they need help to continue this mission. Contribute now and save lives!
There are places that don't appear on maps. Places born from the hearts of those who decide that life, however small, always deserves a second chance. The Cat Tree is exactly that: a small world hidden among the winds of Castro Marim, where thirty cats found roots, shelter, and a piece of humanity.
At first, there were only two or three, left to their fate. They arrived thin, frightened, their eyes pleading for silence, food, and the promise that someone, finally, wouldn't give up on them. Gradually, more arrived.
And the Cat Tree grew, not because it had a trunk or branches, but because it grew in the hands and hearts of the volunteers who dedicate themselves there every day. They arrive early, before the sun warms the earth. They carry bags of cat food as if they were carrying hope. They talk to the cats as if they were their children:
Good morning, kid. You're feeling better today.
Come here, we need to take a look at that wound.
— Calm down, princess, I won't hurt you.
They care for them, clean them, treat them, run away in fear when one of them disappears, and breathe a sigh of relief when they see it return.
And even when life weighs them down, when work is demanding, when their wallets are tight, they stay. Because someone has to stay. Because these thirty furry creatures have no voice, no owner, no world. They only have the Tree. They only have each other.

But the Tree, however great it may be in love, has limits in human hands.
Food is starting to run out. The vet bills are piling up faster than the days go by. And the desire to help isn't enough to fill empty bowls.
Therefore, today, we lift our eyes and ask for help.
We ask you, who are there.
Because in this story, you too can be a character. You can be the missing branch. The firm ground where these thirty cats continue to place their paws. The invisible embrace that keeps this small revolution of love alive.
The story of the Cat Tree is not yet finished.
The next chapter depends on us, and on you.
And together, we can write the most beautiful thing:
The chapter where all the cats continue to be fed, cared for, and safe.
