Hello everyone, today I come to ask for your help, not only for an important cause, but for the well-being and happiness of my mother, who is in a difficult situation. My mother, a strong woman who has always done everything for me, found in the nursing home where she lives the comfort and security she so desperately needs and that for health reasons I cannot give her at this stage of her life. However, she is at risk of being forced to leave this nursing home, which has become her home, due to a debt that I cannot pay.

This home, where she feels truly welcomed and where she can live with dignity, is the only place where she has found peace and happiness. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, the accumulated debt is a real threat to her continued existence. And as her daughter, I am fighting to prevent her from having to go through this anguish. Unfortunately, the financial reality of our family does not allow me to solve this problem alone.

I am asking for your help because I believe that together we can ensure that my mother can continue to live in this home, where she feels safe and where she has the opportunity to grow old with quality of life. Even a small contribution of €1 can make a huge difference. No matter the amount, every gesture of solidarity is a fundamental part of keeping my mother in her home, away from the uncertainty and pain of having to move to another place.

My name is Cristina Pelicano, I am a daughter who fights every day for the well-being of my mother, an extremely strong woman who, despite the difficulties, always maintains her strength and will to live. She is in a wheelchair and found the comfort and care she needs in her home. Unfortunately, I am in a situation where I cannot welcome her into my home, as I do not have the appropriate conditions to provide her with the necessary care.

In addition, I face several health issues, including serious back problems and a knee replacement, which further limit my ability to provide her with the daily support she needs. Despite the challenges, I will not give up on finding a solution so that she can continue to live in the home she loves so much. This campaign is a sincere call for help to ensure my mother’s stability and quality of life.

Budget and due dates

The total amount needed to ensure that my mother remains in the home where she feels safe and happy is €2,000. This amount includes the existing debt in the home (€1,850) and the platform and payment method fees.

This campaign will run for 30 days to try to raise the necessary funds as quickly as possible. Any contribution, no matter how small, can make a difference and ensure that my mother does not have to leave the home she loves so much.

The amount raised will be used exclusively to cover the debt in the home where my mother lives, ensuring that she can continue to live with dignity and comfort.
