My name is Maria and I suffer from generalized anxiety. I've been through depression too. All my life I have suffered several obstacles. I suffered physical and psychological bullying for years. I was almost sexually assaulted by a person who was also bullying me. I had dreams that were cut off by my family and I had to follow a path in life that I didn't want to. I've tried suicide twice already. I live daily with endless pain. I know that there are people with much bigger problems but at this moment there is a clinic that can help me a lot. However, it is very expensive which I cannot pay. I really appreciate that you help me. It is my Healing.

I am Maria (fictitious name), due to intimate factors. I have a structured family that supports me but we are unable to pay all expenses. Now they ask themselves. What if I was in therapy at a public hospital? I already did. But consultations were always scheduled every two months and the treatment I need will have to be done every week and will be much more intensive. To get a sense of that, it made me very anxious because the consultations were so spaced out and I ended up trying to commit suicide in that time. The clinic that will help me is the Rosa Basto clinic located in the city of Porto. At this point I have already had four consultations with the hypnotherapist. the treatment will last for two years. He recommended that I do four ayahuasca sessions. What is ayahuasca? Ayahuasca is a drink made from two plants ( Banisteriopsis caapi and Psychotria viridis , this one with psychoactive effects), traditionally consumed by the indigenous peoples of the Amazon for ritual and physical and spiritual healing purposes. Drinking leads us to a change in consciousness where it allows us to travel in time and trigger bad moments helping us to get on with life. As if it were an apology or a forgiveness of what may have happened. From that moment on, our conscience is clear and full.
Budget and due dates
The Rosa Basto clinic takes 80 euros for each consultation and ayahuasca rituals cost 100 euros each session.
At the moment I have already made four consultations. The hypnotherapist saw my condition and told me, probably because it is a more sensitive case, that it would take 2 years. In the first year, consultations will take place every fifteen days. Then it will be just one consultation per month.
If we go to see it will be 160 euros per month and in a year it will be 1920 euros only by Clínica Rosa Basto
As for transport to Porto it is done by bus and each trip gives a total of 44 euros (round trip), counting twice a month. Then we add another 10 euros for meals. It gives a total of 1296 for one year and in the second year it gives 528.
In the second year of treatment, consultations will be more widely spaced. One consultation per month. which costs 960 euros.
Ayuhasca sessions cost 100 euros. At the moment I'm going to make two, which gives a total of 200 euros. Adding 10 euros for travel. Meals are paid by the organizers.
