Dance Alfragide towards Rome

Let's elevate Portugal through Dance, showing one of the most beautiful aspects of our culture. After a lot of dedication and love for art we were selected for the All Dance Europe contest. Help us make these dancers dreams come true!

DançAlfragide performed at the All Dance Portugal competition and was one of the 83 Portuguese academies in the competition, where it took 16 students out of a total of 2000 participating dancers. Of the 1000 choreographies that were seen during these three days, our students qualified for the European final in Rome.

Representing Portugal through Dance is not only showing one of the most beautiful aspects of our culture, but also an act of resilience in the face of the almost inexistence of support.

We have the dream of being able to be present at the European Championship representing Portugal but due to the huge inherent costs we need support to make it happen.

Our trip has an estimated cost of 30 thousand euros.

About the author

DançAlfragide was born in September 2017 with the aim of promoting and disseminating culture, as well as the practice of cultural activities. Our school presents different modalities giving the possibility for “little ones and adults” to express their art, also showing that social inclusion is something as important and natural as the practice of dance itself. Our teachers are renowned dancers and choreographers who have extensive experience. In addition to playful teaching, we present classes in a competition regime that have already won several awards. Our classes are held in an energetic, positive and welcoming environment. We love dancing and we want to share our passion with all our students.

Budget and due dates

All Dance Europa will take place between the 27th and 31st of July in Rome at Cinecittà World.

The estimated cost is 30,000 euros.
