This is what we want to build: a canopy to cover our gym! 🏗️
This space has been, over the years, a meeting point for generations. Here, dreams are nurtured, friendships are forged, and events are held that unite the entire community. However, the lack of a roof greatly limits its use, especially on days with bad weather.

The shed will allow:

Help the Western Canoeing Center continue paddling for the future!
The Western Canoeing Center (CCOeste) is much more than a sports club — it's a space for learning, friendship, and overcoming challenges, which has been promoting canoeing and community spirit in the Peniche region for over two decades.
Since 2002, CCOeste has provided children, young people and families with the opportunity to discover the joy of rowing, to connect with nature and to develop essential values such as respect, discipline and teamwork.
Over the years, our club has trained outstanding athletes and participated in national and regional competitions, proudly carrying the name of Peniche and the Oeste region throughout the country. But more than medals, what motivates us are the people — the smiles of the youngest members as they climb into a kayak for the first time, the camaraderie on the banks of the dam, and the sense of belonging that unites this large family.
Today, CCOeste needs your help to continue this project.
We want to improve our facilities and equipment, ensure greater safety and comfort for practitioners, and create dignified conditions for the development of canoeing in our region.

Budget and due dates
All values and steps will be shared publicly on CCOeste's social media channels and on the campaign page, ensuring complete transparency in the use of funds.
After collecting several quotes from companies in the region, we estimate the total cost of the project to be approximately €10,000, including the metal structure, roofing, installation, and finishing.
At this time, the project cannot move forward without the necessary funding, so the next steps are contingent on raising all the required funds.
If the total amount is not reached, all donations will be allocated exclusively to the first phase of the project (structure and roofing), ensuring that every euro contributes directly to improving the conditions of the gymnasium.
