There are areas in the world where water is difficult to access. To pump water, gasoline, diesel or electric motors are usually used. We want to development a water pumping system, fueled by biomass.
This system consists of a water pump with a four-stroke gasoline engine that will be adapted to be fueled by a generator that produces wood gas, which can be used for the source of water in remote communities for farmers and animal producers.
Where will it be built / Who will the beneficiaries
The project is being manufactured at the Mechanical Technology Laboratory of IPB (Polytechnic Institute of Bragança) - Portugal.
The main beneficiaries of the project will be farmers in the region who will be able to see how the prototype works to assist them build their own equipment.
Help us to help
We are asking for help so we can finish this project and with it help people to have access to an essential good for life, water.

Agradecimento
