For almost 45 years, the dream of some has become a reality. Currently, the changing rooms at Arsenal de Canelas are insufficient for almost 300 athletes. Let's grow even more. Your help makes all the difference...

The intervention involves removing the asbestos tiles and replacing them with adequate coverage. The 3 existing changing rooms (Visited, Visiting) and Referees will be expanded, absorbing the existing corridor and completely refurbished with the creation of more shower stations, and sanitary facilities in the changing rooms. The storage area will be expanded, with the demolition of the interior partition and the transformation of this space into a changing room to support the changing rooms. A partition will also be created between the changing room area and the access to the game area and adjacent to this partition there are plans to create a physiotherapy office. The 2 existing sanitary facilities will be adapted for people with reduced mobility.

About the author

The Associação Desportiva Arsenal de Canelas is a sports public utility collective, founded on December 15, 1978 with the aim of providing a space for the practice of indoor football. As a result of the evolution of time and the growing participation of athletes, the modalities grew in their diversity and in the number of athletes enrolled. Hundreds of athletes have passed through here, from various levels and in different modalities such as: Futsal, Handball, Beach Handball and Speed Skating . About 300 athletes are involved in these sports, most of them young people under 14 years old .
