This book is intended for people diagnosed with depression, their colleagues who accompany them, family and friends who want to show the way to others who do not know how to do it. Through a few episodes, I hope to get the message across that you are not alone. That they are not and will not be the only ones suffering from such feelings, but that as in everything in life, everything happens, but sometimes you can only overcome certain situations with help, help that so many times so difficult to ask. About the author

Rita de Carvalho Born in São Jorge de Arroios on July 14, 1983, she began her training in Psychology in 2007, followed by a postgraduate degree in Psychology, Counseling and Psychotherapy and a Masters in Clinical and Health Psychology. Since then, dedication has gone through the clinical context, based on the understanding of human behavior and in its psyche, in general.
