A Laska

Create an association that encourages creativity among the population.

A' Laska aims to be a socio-cultural association in Torres Novas that promotes culture and helps artists to disseminate their work. At the moment we have a small space that has been used for exhibitions and cultural discussions, film screenings and interaction between artists. We believe that art is very important and we want to encourage people to express themselves artistically. In the future, we not only want the space to meet the conditions to be open to the public, but also to have the opportunity to hold events in other places, such as exhibitions, concerts, workshops and cultural interventions in schools and homes. Unfortunately the space has monthly costs and so does the constitution of the association. It is in this context that we need your help.

About the author

This project was born from a group of friends and culture lovers who aim to boost artistic production among the population and create opportunities for the dissemination of artists' work. Among us there are filmmakers, dj's, painters, textile industry entrepreneurs, justice officials and even environmental activists, each one brings a very personal passion to the project and supports it in their own way.

Budget and due dates

At this moment the project is already underway and our space has been working for small events. Once the campaign is successfully completed, we will proceed with the official creation of the association and immediately start creating activities.
