The club Académia de Gondomar wants to take their atlets to the European Championship Show and Precision 2019, in Italy.
Académica de Gondomar has been giving priority to the training of young athletes, with results obtained at national and international level (currently we have European runner-up athletes), which makes us very proud of the work developed. We also aim to promote the skating through the organization of district and national competitions and the performance of artistic shows, collaborating with the entities that promote sports in the region. We also want to call the young people to the healthy practice of a modality with artistic component and high technical rigor. However, the realization of these events always implies a very large financial effort for a club whose economic resources are scarce and whose revenues come from the members. At the moment we needed funds to take a team to the European Championship, which will take place in Italy between 01 and 04 May. Team that qualified in second place in the National Championship. The club can not sponsor the trip to the athletes and coaches from there our request for a litlle help ... The team is made up of 14 girls between the ages of 13 and 18, who with great effort have achieved this brilliant result at national level. We would like to give our athletes the European dream ... asking for the help of 100 euros per athlete ... To help AGPA athletes, runners-up in the National Show and Precision Championship, to represent Portugal and the county of Gondomar in the Championship In Italy.
