"Pé-De-Meia", produced by 4 senior year students in Communication Sciences at UMinho, follows the story of Gaspar as he seeks to break his monotonous life, in search of excitement.
The short film "Pé-De-Meia" was born from the desire to create a unique and different academic project, capable of standing out in the student cinematographic environment.
This story follows the daily life of Gaspar, a 29-year-old man who leads a monotonous and routine life, where the peak of adrenaline and excitement of his day is when he buys his daily scratch card at Mr. Arlindo's kiosk. Realizing that this is not a good solution to add excitement to his routine, he decides to adopt a new strategy that changes his life.
Produced by four finalists (Carolina Melim, Gustavo Moutinho, Jéssica Machado and Joana Salvador) from the Degree in Communication Sciences at the University of Minho, this project carried out within the academic scope does not have any funding, and throughout this production we will have expenses on props, recording spaces, travel and food for the actors and wardrobe.
Be part of this adventure and help bring this story to life!
