Budget and due dates

Budget (Distribution of €5,000) :

• Infrastructure and Equipment: €1,500 (Cleaning materials, equipment and logistics)
• Technological Platform and Automation: €1,000 (Development and integration of management software)
• Marketing and Customer Acquisition: €1,200 (Digital campaigns, strategic partnerships and brand expansion)
• Team Training and Certification: €800 (Professional training to ensure excellence)
• Operating Expenses and Financial Reserve: €500 (Administrative costs and contingency fund for the first few months)

Scheduling (Project Execution Plan) :

• Month 1-2: Investment in infrastructure, acquisition of equipment and start of development of the technological platform.
• Month 3: Team training and launch of the first marketing campaigns to attract customers.
• Month 4-6: Consolidation of services with the acquisition of the first 100 customers and operational adjustments based on feedback.
