Tiago, owner of Fator Chave in Freamunde for 2 years, needs help to pay off €15,000 in debt and buy stock/equipment. This will allow him to expand into electronics and keep the store open to serve the local community.

My name is Tiago and I own Fator Chave in Freamunde, Paços de Ferreira. Two years ago, I opened this small local shop with a big dream: we specialize in copying residential keys, keys and remotes for cars and garage doors. Customer feedback is excellent — I'm a neighborhood landmark, I save families time, and I solve quick problems every day. But the reality is harsh. Like many small businesses in Portugal, I've accumulated €15,000 in loan debt. To make ends meet, I work at a metal workshop until 9 pm, after closing the shop. I'm the father of two young girls and I want to give them a better future, but without help I can't keep the doors open. I have an excellent idea for growth: expanding into electronic materials (advanced remotes, accessories for gate automation, etc.). There's demand in the area, and this will provide stability for the shop and my family. I need your help to:

  • Settle the €15,000 in debt immediately.
  • Purchase new stock and equipment (€3,000)
  • Improve local advertising and marketing (€2,000)

Total goal: €20,000 (flexible model — I receive all the money I raise). How I will use the money (100% transparent):

  • 75% → pay off debts
  • 15% → stock and equipment
  • 10% → local marketing

With your support, Fator Chave will be debt-free, modern, and ready to grow. I will continue to serve Freamunde with the same dedication as always. Who knows, maybe in a few years I'll create more jobs in our town. Every euro counts. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

About the author

My name is Tiago, and I've owned Fator Chave in Freamunde (Paços de Ferreira) for two years. I'm a father of two girls, and to keep the business afloat, I work late into the day at a metal workshop until 9 pm just to have some extra income. Even so, I've accumulated €15,000 in debt and am having serious difficulties keeping the shop open. I opened Fator Chave with a lot of dreaming and good intentions. We specialize in residential keys, car remotes, and gates. Customer feedback is excellent, and I feel like I'm part of the lives of families in my town. I have a great idea for the future: expanding into electronic materials. But I can't do it without help. This campaign is my last hope to save the shop, pay off the debts, buy equipment, and start advertising. With your support, I will continue to serve Freamunde and give my daughters a better future. Thank you for giving me this opportunity. Every euro makes all the difference to me and to my little shop that I love so much. - Tiago

Budget and due dates

Detailed budget (total target: €20,000)

  • €15,000 — Immediate settlement of credit debts (to clear the store's name and eliminate interest)
  • €3,000 — Purchase of new stock and equipment (plus keys, car/gate remotes, and initial electronic components for expansion)
  • €2,000 — Local advertising and marketing (social media, flyers, partnerships with workshops, and advertisements in Freamunde/Paços de Ferreira)
  • €1,000 (approx.) — PPL commission (5% + VAT) + payment fees (2.5% + VAT) — these amounts are automatically deducted by the platform.

Total: €21,000 (the €20,000 target covers almost everything; the small commission surplus will be adjusted according to what is raised — flexible model). Everything will be used at Fator Chave and you can track expenses in the campaign updates.

Project scheduling (after the end of the 45-day campaign):

  • Week 1 after receiving the money → Immediate payment of the €15,000 in debts (the store is cleared immediately).
  • Weeks 2 to 4 → Purchase of new stock and equipment + start of the marketing campaign (new products on the shelves and running ads).
  • Month 2 → Full launch of local advertising and delivery of all rewards to supporters (discounts, free controllers, names on the wall, etc.).
  • Month 3 → Store 100% stabilized and expanded. Supporters will soon see the impact: more stock, a more modern store, and Fator Chave growing in Freamunde.

I will update the campaign every week with proof (photos of payments, new products, and marketing results) so that everyone can see exactly where their money went.
