UNITATE - SOCIAL VAN

Transport of elderly citizens and people with disabilities to meet their needs.

The UNITATE - Social Van project is a multi-service inter-council car which, by means of a marking system, assists citizens who require them, namely:

- transportation / follow-up to meet essential needs (medical appointments, pharmacy, shopping, post office, bank ...);

- distribution of food or other support in conjunction with local social institutions.

This equipment aims to promote the overcoming of a recurring and daily needs set across the most vulnerable citizens of the beneficiary municipalities by providing a personalized and proximity service.
