Raise funds to pay a portion (about 30% of the first year) of expenses related to the 5 year course that I've started in September / 2018.
How far do you have to go to make a dream come true, to win in life and leave a legacy so our existence is not in vain? The challenges are many and the resources are few, but I am willing to seek honest ways to fulfill my dream of graduating from one of the best Universities in Europe and honoring the hope placed in me by family and friends.
My family is joining efforts in every way I am also looking for the part time jobs that are possible, but since there are few hours a day to work, this is not enough, so I had the initiative to ask for help online for the cost of studies.
It was very difficult to get here and I do not intend to give up. At the end of the course I want to work in the area of academic research and I hope to be able to repay the community in all ways that are within my reach, living further this wellness chain.
About the author
My name is Victor, I'm Brazilian, I'm 19 years old and I'm duly enrolled in the Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering at Instituto Superior Técnico in Lisbon.
After a rigorous and disputed selection process of the best grades, I was approved in one of the 12 places available for international students and in September 2018 my classes begin.
Even though I am working and receiving help from family members, I can not get the full amount needed to study in Portugal, so I turn to online help.
