A series that will show the reality of Animal Protection Associations in Portugal. On each visit we will be giving out donations. 10 Episodes. 10 Associations. 1000 Kilos of Food. Join us in this trip throughout Portugal.
"Os Patudos" it's a Series created by Animal Rights Association of Portugal - Direitos dos Animais Portugal (https://www.facebook.com/direitosanimaispt) that wants to reveal the exceptional work of the various Animal Protection Associations based in Portugal.
On this Webseries with initially 10 Episodes, we can get to know and appreciate these peoples work and commitment.
In each Episode besides visiting an Association we will be giving out donations for that Association.
The goal will be 10 Episodes, 10 Associations, 1000 Kilos of Food.
The production costs are not entirely covered yet, but we hope that with your help we will reach that goal.
To assure the remaining of the production costs for all 10 Episodes, we need 1800 Euros.
Since we're in PPL Causes section, your donation can be delivered to us despite getting all of the 1800 Euros we need. Just cross the box "I want to donate this amount to this campaign owner, even if this campaign does not raise all the funds." This will allow us to produce the most Episodes we can get with the total amount raised.

About the author
Patrícia Martins is a Design Major since 2007 and Vanessa Oliveira in Social Media. Since 2010 their passion for the animal movement has been less passive and more active, creating a media specifically developed to bring awareness and promoting adoption.
Marcia Ralha is a Film and TV Producer since 2006, having worked on about three hundred projects on such areas as documentaries, independent shows, events, live shows and short-stories.
Joao Varela is a Director since 2004, graduated in Film Directing and Production in Portugal, Spain, France and England between 1997 and 2004. His work has been mostly on Web and Television.
Bruno Costa is a Producer and Editor since 2009 with a vast experience on Web Content and Graphic Design.
Daniela Lopes is a Producer since 2000 and has been throughout Portugal working with different Theatre Companies and Film Production Companies. Since 2009 she's been working with this group exclusively.
Budget and due dates
At this time we're very close to get started with the production for the 10 Episodes.
Having in account all the production costs envolved, as well as the location expenses throughout Portugal and for all the donations that will be given out, we're just 1800 Euros away from getting the project financed, a project that has been very well received by the public in general and specially by the contacted Associations.
The first 3 episodes are out now and we hope to finish the Series in December (released on each Thursday)
Youtube and Facebook will be the major platforms for "Os Patudos" Webseries.

Lembramos que não somos "apenas" uma série que dá voz às Associações! A entrega de alimento a cada uma delas (e já ultrapassámos os 600 Kilos entregues) é algo que nunca foi feito neste País! Em TODOS os Episódios estamos a entregar muitos Kilos de ração e conseguindo chegar aos 10 programas, conseguiremos ultrapassar largamente UMA TONELADA às 10 Associações protagonistas.
