The PROJECTO KAYA launched a crowdfunding campaign with the ultimate goal of bringing his music to Angola and thus make the official release of the album "Welcome to kaya" in Africa, as well as presentation show.

There is this fate of not having fate, perhaps the greatest fate. There is this fate not take place, just feel, where the only border is known the world. There is this fate of a single language, the soul that turns into music and words. There is this fado, and fado is this living Projecto Kaya.
Without fear of false or artificial purisms prejudices, Andrea Soares and Liliana Almeida are the voice of something bigger than themselves: a will that is worth to be true. Angola and Portugal united by music. The Portuguese guitar is heard in Africa, Semba to illuminate and to dance the alleys and lanes of Lisbon: it all makes sense because it is true and the truth belongs to the universe. The word "saudade" can be untranslatable but is common to all souls on this planet and in the end that's what matters, this communion, this "smile in union" that Kaya Project advocates and practices.
As good as the message, it is useless if it is not delivered in the best way. And it is here that we realize how happy the meeting of the voices of Andrea and Liliana this innovative genre celebrate and strengthen their friendship. Andrea and Liliana began the pop universe being both members of Girlband Nonstop and are again in the House music with his best known hits, "selfish love" DJ Pedro Cazanova and "Ibiza for dreams" DJ Diego Miranda. This time they were not still in the shadow of revenue, wanted more.
Life took charge of the rest and so two years ago joined together to a musical project that was more personal. With maturity the soul has resurfaced: Andrea grew up in a family environment connected to Fado, Liliana has African blood.
What was always chasing after all inside them, this junction musical spices with different sensitivities.
That is what these singers shape, surrounded by a panel of excellent musicians, linked to Semba and Fado. To enhance the project still rely on the precious collaboration of Paulo de Carvalho and Fernando Fernandes (FF), which in partnership with Andrea and Liliana, Bruno Andrade and Agir signs the composition of the disk.
