A wellness, conscious culture, and ecology festival is planned for Lisbon. The project is currently on paper and awaiting sponsorship to move forward. If the event takes place, ninety percent of the profits will go directly to supporting national social causes.

But the goal of the information isn't to be false; you have a system that counts the donations, so that money wouldn't be lost and would go to other causes, right? It can't be like that, can it? Are you only interested in your commission?

The Vibrations Lisboa Festival was designed to be a unique two-day urban experience, divided into three large strategic areas in the outdoor zones of the venue, operating continuously from 10:00 to 22:00. The space will be structured in a practical and uniform way with 15 covered and waterproof tents, guaranteeing total comfort for visitors.

The three main zones that bring the festival to life are:

  1. Zone 1: Main Stage
This will be the heart of the festival's cultural and artistic program. The stage will host live performances, debates on mental health and sports, and the closing concerts of the afternoon with big names in national music and DJ sets of conscious electronic music. It will also be on this stage that one of the most memorable moments of the event will take place: the motivational talk by speaker Nuno Carvalho Mata, sharing his powerful testimony on resilience, emotional intelligence and overcoming adversity.
  2. Zone 2: Wellness Area and Local Commerce
An area entirely dedicated to health, self-care, and holistic well-being. It will operate continuously with qualified therapists offering relaxation massages, Reiki, and charitable Tarot readings. This is where the major morning group activities will take place, including the Grand Welcome Yoga session for the opening class and Meditation and Sound Healing sessions. The space will also feature stalls for independent local businesses selling clothing and accessories.
  3. Zone 3: Food Court, Family and Eco-Innovation
The festival's practical food area will consist of tents offering local flavors and selected food trucks, accompanied by a free-use wooden terrace. This area also includes the Children's Area, with educational eco-innovation activities and face painting for families. The great sustainable asset of this area will be the installation of three Recycling Islands with automatic machines from the Volta System. In an unprecedented solidarity initiative, the refund value of each plastic or metal container returned by visitors will be entirely donated to the festival's social causes donation fund.

We remind you that this entire structure of activities and zones is currently planned on paper. Its physical implementation and the final contracting of participants remain strictly dependent on the success of this fundraising campaign on PPL, the issuance of municipal licenses, or the securing of major sponsorships from national brands so that we can move forward with the event in Lisbon.

Important note: If the requested amount is less than the total requested, the amount will be returned to the donors or through ppl.pt.

About the author

My name is Fernando Silva and I would like to share with you this project that I designed with enormous dedication. I had the idea to create the Vibrations Festival because I believe that the world of large events can and should play a much more active role in community support and social development in our country. My personal goal with this campaign is to launch and boost the Vibrations brand in the national market through a pioneering pilot edition in the city of Lisbon.

This project stems from a genuine desire to help people above all else and is based on a model of total transparency and financial detachment. I guarantee that ninety percent of all net profit generated by the event will go directly to supporting social causes and humanitarian aid institutions from north to south of the country. My organization will retain only ten percent of the profits strictly associated with the copyright of the concept.

Although the festival is currently structured on paper and entirely dependent on institutional approvals or brand sponsorships to move forward, I see crowdfunding as the ideal launching pad. With your vote of confidence here at PPL, we will be able to demonstrate to the market that there is a real audience interested in supporting events that prioritize solidarity and helping others.

Budget and due dates

DETAILED BUDGET FOR THE VIBRATIONS LISBON FESTIVAL (Target: €15,000)

The €15,000 raised in this campaign serves as the working capital and technical starting point for the festival. This amount was calculated to guarantee the event's complete autonomy and sustainability, covering mandatory fixed production costs and ensuring a safety margin for booking the lineup without relying on third-party support.

The budget allocation will be strictly applied across the following areas:

  1. Technical Infrastructure and Riders (€6,500): Rental of a professional stage with full, approved weatherproof cover, high-power sound systems (PA) suitable for outdoor spaces, stage lighting, power generators, and strict adherence to the technical riders required by the artists and speakers on the program.
  2. Artistic and Logistical Contract Reserve (€4,500): Deposit and guarantee of minimum costs for the festival's headliners, motivational speakers, transportation expenses for materials, and basic accommodation for the team in Lisbon.
  3. Licensing, Insurance and Fees (€1,500): Payment of fees for occupation of public space and municipal licenses to the Lisbon City Council, noise fees, public representation licenses and mandatory technical safety inspections.
  4. Security and Logistics of the Venue (€2,500): Hiring of mandatory police (PSP), first aid teams (firefighters and ambulance for prevention) and a certified private security team for access control in the external areas.

🔄 Sponsorship and Surplus Policy (Total Transparency)

The festival was designed to be self-sustaining solely through ticket sales (calculated at €20/day per adult). However, should the organization secure sponsorship deals with private brands, it is contractually guaranteed that 100% of any extra funds, unused money, or cost savings will be entirely donated to and in support of social causes .

⏱️ PROJECT TIMELINE (Deadline: 4 Months)

The execution schedule is planned in phases to mitigate risks and ensure the event is delivered with the highest quality:

  • Month 1 (Institutional Phase): Formal submission of licensing applications to the Lisbon City Council, final selection and reservation of the outdoor space in the capital, and contracting of mandatory insurance.
  • Month 2 (Contracting and Engineering Phase): Contract closing for the artistic lineup (bands and speakers) and validation of safety plans and technical inspections of the venue.
  • Month 3 (Communication Phase): Massive dissemination of the poster to the public, launch of the official ticket office, and activation of digital promotional campaigns for ticket sales.
  • Month 4 (Execution Phase): Assembly of technical structures in outdoor areas, final inspections by authorities, and holding of the Vibrations Lisboa Festival (Saturday and Sunday, from 10:00 to 22:00). At the close of the event, immediate processing of 90% of the net profit for partner non-profit organizations and social causes.
