Melo D

The Vibe Sessions are the result of an afternoon of recording at Rui Veloso's studios in Vale de Lobos. The master cassettes of that session had disappeared until Melo D found a copy in the possession of journalist António Santos from RDP África, who named these sessions "Vibe Sessions". All the songs, except " Money "and "É preciso avançar", are part of Melo's first solo album, "Outro Universo", his most hip hop album. The arrangements were made with the first lineup of the  Good Vibes Band, which included two great Cape Verdean musicians: multi-instrumentalist Lúcio Vieira and drummer Kau Paris. On electric guitar, the Portuguese Luís Fagulha and on bass, the Luso-Angolan and mentor of the Seixal Jazz School, Nando.
