"I want to confirm my autism diagnosis."

I am an autistic woman and I need an official diagnosis to access my rights and support. The funds will be used for consultations, exams, and a clinical report. Every contribution directly helps this important process 💙

I am an adult and have level 1 autism support, but I don't have an official diagnosis because the National Health Service (SNS) doesn't provide formal assessments for adults. Without this document, I cannot access social support, work adaptations, or the rights provided for autistic people in Portugal.

Private evaluations are expensive, and my current financial situation doesn't allow me to pay for them. Therefore, I've decided to ask for help – with care, respect, and hope – to finally get my official diagnosis.

My name is Maria Cláudia and I am a level 1 autistic woman. I live in Portugal and, despite having undergone several informal assessments, I still do not have an official diagnosis because the National Health Service does not offer this service for adults and I do not have the financial means to pay for a private assessment. The diagnosis is essential to access my rights and support. I am conducting this campaign with respect, transparency, and hope of finally obtaining the clinical report that will change my life.
