Help us launch the first Gin Cream factory in Portugal! We want to legalize the production of our artisanal cream liqueur with 17% alcohol, create our own tax warehouse, and expand production for distribution throughout the country and Europe.

Gin Cream is a creamy artisanal liqueur produced in Alentejo, combining the smoothness of cream with the fresh flavor of Portuguese gin and hints of vanilla and cinnamon. We already produce and sell a version with an alcohol content of less than 15%, but we want to move towards the definitive version with 17% alcohol—in line with major international liqueurs like Bailey's or Carolans.

This campaign aims to fund the creation of our artisanal micro-factory in Montemor-o-Novo, where we can legalize production, set up our tax warehouse, and produce on a larger scale. With the €5,000, we will invest in equipment, containers, packaging, and all the infrastructure necessary to move to the next level, with competitive prices and access to distributors.

By supporting this campaign, you'll guarantee a limited-edition Gin Cream with a numbered Pop Art label, exclusive glasses, and special packaging—a unique product that represents the future of Portuguese cream liqueur.

About the author

My name is João de Deus Neves, I have a degree in Marketing and I'm from Montemor-o-Novo, where I grew up surrounded by family flavors and the desire to create something with its own identity.

Currently, I am the producer of the famous Fuzis de Montemor and de Évora, artisanal biscuits inspired by my mother's recipe, which have already won over customers across the country.

Gin Cream, in turn, is a liqueur that was created from an old recipe from my grandmother — and which I have been developing and perfecting in recent years, based on Portuguese ingredients and artisanal methods.

After proving that it's possible to create and sell high-quality local products with soul and innovation, I now want to take the next step: creating a licensed micro-factory that will allow us to legalize and scale the production of Gin Cream, with 17% alcohol, ready to compete with international brands, while maintaining the flavor, soul, and Portuguese origins.

This project isn't just a business. It's about reclaiming family memories, transforming them into something new, with a unique identity, and ready for the future.
