Vigorous Leap has limited capacity in financial terms, and would not be able to develop this potentially relevant project without external financing.

Furthermore, exploring the system involves skills that Vigorous Leap does not cover, so the desired cooperation is not limited to co-financing.

About the author

Vigorous Leap lda. inherits a mature team from previous projects, both on a technical perspective and on vision addressing the problems it proposes to help solve.

The project appears as a logical sequence of other projects focused on the causes of citizenship (citizenware.org), and the protection of Democracy.

It should be noted that two members of the team involved in the concept development ended up being called to join the current government, namely Prof. Alberto Silva as Secretary of State for Modernization.
