As a result of decades of carelessness, we are now faced with colonies in which many animals are sick and in need of urgent medical and veterinary care.
Squamous cell carcinomas, liver problems caused by incorrect feeding given to animals, hemolytic anemia caused by flea infestation, among others, are common problems in our daily lives, which, in addition to putting the lives of animals at risk, also causes them Suffering.
Nós é Mais Bichos has managed to save, within its limitations, the most urgent situations, but we know of others in which we can only intervene if we have the proper financial support.

About the author
A Nós é Mais Bichos - Association for the Protection of Errant Animals in the Municipality of Seia (APAECS) was legally constituted on December 28, 2021, being the first association for the defense and protection of animals in the municipality of Seia, a small municipality in Serra da Estrela .
Over the course of just over a year of life, we have been working to identify populations of stray animals, providing decent food to replace the leftovers the animals were fed to informal caregivers, treating animals in need of veterinary care at a veterinary medical center immediately, sterilized the animals, and adopted the animals that are docile and able to live in the heart of a family.
This work has only been funded by private donations, and therefore your help is crucial so that we can continue to develop it.
Budget and due dates
In this first campaign, we propose to raise €500 to treat in a veterinary medical center already identified situations of animals that need care.
Could it be that for a month, all together, we managed to guarantee veterinary medical evaluation care, complete exams, deworming and sterilization to these boys?
Stage 1 - Raise €500 by May 27, 2023
Step 2 - Capture flagged animals
Step 3 - Take care and return to the colony of origin by June 19, 2023
