“A young actress, desperate for money and attention, ends up playing the role of a drug dealer in real life.”
Synopsis
Sara is a 24-year-old girl who dreams of becoming an actress. During the day, she tries her luck at castings and at night she works in a bar, supporting herself and her boyfriend, Paulo, a young unemployed screenwriter. Her life changes when she meets Vítor, a drug baron, who offers a job (enticing people to buy cocaine). Due to the lack of opportunities to become an actress and the desire to make money as quickly as possible, Sara accepts the job, ending up creating an alter-ego named "Snow Fairy", idolized by several drug addicts.
The development of the project is being accompanied by numerous professionals and figures with vast national and international recognition in the field of Cinema and Media Arts. Among these, we are being accompanied by director Jorge Paixão da Costa ( Soldado Milhões , Crónica dos Bons Malandros, República, A Espia), Nuno Artur da Silva (Former Secretary of State for Audiovisual Cinema and Media and founder of Canal Q) , writer Possidónio Cachapa, cinematographer Tony Costa ( Lápis Azul , A Ilha dos Cães ) among others.
At the end of the project, there will be a public viewing session for representatives of these institutions, with the pilot episode distributed later on to one of their streaming services, namely RTP Play , Opto or TVI Player .
