After more than 20 years behind counters — from Lisbon to Barcelona, passing by Australia — Vasco Martins returned to the Algarve, with one certainty:

Vasco is a bartender passionate about classic cocktails and the stories each glass can tell.
After a solid career in iconic bars—from the Bairro Alto Hotel and SeaMe in Lisbon to the Tahiti Cocteleria in Barcelona—the time has come to bring all that experience together in a project that unites art, authenticity, and Mediterranean soul.
🍸 The concept: FAMOUS 57 – a vermouth bar with a Catalan soul and Algarve flavor
Famous 57 will be a relaxed and welcoming space, inspired by the vermouth bars of Barcelona.
A place where time slows down, conversations flow and glasses tell stories.
We will have:

The space in Olhão has already been chosen and is ready to come to live — all we need is the initial €10,000 to make the dream a reality.
This money will be used for the entry to the space, small improvements and initial stocks.
