The Little School of São João da Talha Rugby is a project of social integration through sport for all children and adolescents aged 5 to 18 years. In addition to providing free sports also promotes activities to support the study encouraging academic success for all children and adolescents on the project. At the beginning of this sports season the players of Rugby Little School made a commitment that they would strive to improve their school performance and their civic behavior as well as their commitment and attitude in rugby, lacking in training and meeting schedules of the same. As a reward for all the effort and achieved objectives would be our participation in Braga Youth Rugby in April 2016. About to conclude the 2nd school period is the time to evaluate the work done by all of them and the results could not have been the best. The path taken by all of them was not easy but step by step were managing to overcome all the difficulties encountered so far and have improved their grades, absences in classes disappeared, how to be in the community has been transformed and our rugby was growing. We are very proud to have achieved these objectives. We are very proud of seeing them grow. Now it remains to gather the necessary conditions are present in the edition 2016 Braga Youth Rugby and so we need to raise funds to enable our participation and are divided as follows: registration in the tournament (15 elements) = € 300.00 Shipping = € 400.00 Power = € 100.00 The objectives of our participation will not only sports but also socio-cultural because we want players to know other lands, other people, other customs and traditions because for some of the players this would be the first time they go down from Lisbon. The Rugby Little School is a project of social integration through sport where they are currently placed about 50 children and adolescents aged between 5 and 18 years old from São João da Talha, Bobadela, Unhos, Bucelas, Santa Iria da Azóia , Sacavém and Moscavide. This project aims, in addition to other objectives, motivate through rugby seizure and the internalization of own values as team spirit, mutual aid and solidarity, and the acceptance of difference; and to strengthen the acquisition of rules and prevent behaviors that contribute to a healthy growth among children and adolescents, increasing their self-esteem and sense of belonging to a group, focusing on their education accountability, autonomy and choice allowing them to take their place in a project in which all take place regardless of their family history, cultural, religious and ethnic.  The work being done at Rugby Little School is not limited solely to the practice of sport. The Rugby Escolinha also seeks to combat other needs covering areas such as learning, food, clothing, housing and health.   It is also a project volunteer where all people involved in the project voluntarily offer to assume and perform their function.

Power = 100.00€
