All For One House!

All for One House! is the fundraising campaign promoted by Coldwell Banker Portugal to support the CrescerSer Association to rehabilitate its temporary shelters for children and young people in danger.

ALL FOR ONE HOUSE!

CrescerSer is a national Social Solidarity Private Institution. It was born in 1986, under the aegis of a group of magistrates who felt the need to take the protection of minors further and created the Portuguese Association for Minors and Family Law.

Its objective is to promote, organize and encourage community services to support children, young people and family society.

In total, CrescerSer created 7 temporary shelters for children from 0 to 12 years old and boys and girls from 12 to 18/25 years old, children and young people in danger, deprived of family environment, victims of violence, abuse, neglect and abandonment.

The first house that Coldwell Banker Portugal will support is Casa do Parque, the first to be created in 1989.

Casa do Parque is located at Carnaxide in the Outurela-Portela neighborhood and welcomes 14 children from 0 months to 12 years old, removed from dangerous contexts, by order of the Courts or Commissions for the Protection of Children and Young People.

At the moment, Casa do Parque needs a deep intervention in terms of its interior and exterior installations, electricity, plumbing, appliances and furniture.

Budget and due dates

The budget required for the rehabilitation of Casa do Parque is €55,000.

This budget includes the interior and exterior rehabilitation of the house, electricity, plumbing, appliances and furniture.

All expenses are budgeted and will be justified and proven.
