This is a campaign to finance the second album by multi-artist Sami Tarik. With compositions made here and there (Brazil and Portugal) and with the participation of artists who live on both continents.
I believe that in times of pandemic we must keep the flame of hope burning so I come to invite you to sail with me through my first crowdfunding campaign for, recording and launching my second album.
Since my homeland, these compositions accompany me asking to have a life of my own, so I count on your support to leave with me.

About the author
Sami Tarik
A potiguar artist with representativeness and a vast productive path in his hometown and still with
experiences and other Brazilian states and European countries.
Arranger, instrumentalist, singer and director of socio-cultural projects, Sami Tarik expresses his poetic song and manifests his roots. In addition, his work as a percussionist takes him to the reuse of materials such as washing machine cylinders, metal ladders, keys and other sound resources, he proposes a new way of seeing and listening to the elements of everyday life. His first album - Executive do Pandeiro - with 10 tracks was contemplated by the Law Djalma Maranhão / RN in 2016 and obtained immense recognition from the public and specialized critics. Since then Sami has developed dozens of projects, participated in collectives and followed his rich trajectory, always composing, sharing and promoting exchanges with artists everywhere he went. Since 2019, Sami has been residing in Lisbon reconnecting his ancestry that grants him the right to dual citizenship. In Lisbon, he follows his instinct, his creative and productive capacity and starts the project Zarpar, a name that represents the authorial sound of his new and second CD.

FIRST STEP
- Musical production;
- Pre-Production (In this stage, all arrangements and instruments to be used will be defined);
- Capture (This is where the arrangements come to life! Let's record)
- Editing (From the first recording, start editing);
- Mixing (This is where all instruments are placed in their proper places and other processes such as compression and equalization really come into play);
- Maxterization (Mastering will, in a simpler way, polish the music, this is where the sound quality is evident).
SECOND STAGE
With the songs ready, we have to pay for:
- Register the songs (Copyright);
- PPL rate (7.5% of the amount collected plusIVA).

GOAL 1 - RECORDING THE DISC
I know it doesn’t look like it and there’s no way to know when it’s not dealt with daily, so I come
quickly tell you that the process of producing, recording and finalizing an album is expensive. Are
various issues and professionals involved. There is also time to prepare and execute the project.
- 70% OF THE COLLECTED AMOUNT WILL BE INTENDED FOR PAYMENT OF THE FIRST PHASE
- 10% OF THE COLLECTED AMOUNT WILL BE INTENDED FOR PAYMENT OF THE SECOND PHASE
- 7% OF THE COLLECTED AMOUNT WILL BE INTENDED FOR PAYMENT OF REWARDS
- 7.5% OF THE COLLECTED AMOUNT WILL BE INTENDED FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE PPL SITE
